Credit Card/Deposit Policy

I do not require a deposit to secure your appointment!

You must have a card on file to book; your card will only be charged at the end of your service. You can change the payment at check out or use the card on file.


Cancellation Policy:

For your convenience, you may cancel any appointment 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time free of charge. Less than 48 hours' notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service amount. Declined cards or not paying the fee will be unable to re-book until the fee is paid. For emergency situations please call or text ASAP.


Late/No-Show Policy:

My late policy is 10 minutes for in Suite services. If you are more than 10 minutes late without an update, your appointment will be canceled. When you no-show to your appointment I am unable to fill that space, which results in a loss of time and money. I respect your time and kindly ask that you respect mine. No-show appointments will result in a charge of 100% of the service amount. Declined cards or not paying the fee will be unable to re-book until the fee is paid.



* Repeated cancellations and/or no-shows, inappropriate behavior and not abiding by these policies will result in refusal of service.
