Credit Card/Deposit Policy:

I require a $10 deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit goes towards the total of your service!

You must have a card on file to book, your card will only be charged the deposit fee when booking. You can change the payment at check out or use the card on file. 


Cancellation Policy:

For your convenience, you may cancel any appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time free of charge. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service amount. Declined cards or not paying the fee will be unable to re-book until the fee is paid. For emergency situations please call or text ASAP.


Late/No-Show Policy:

My late policy is 15 minutes for in Suite services. If you are more than 15 minutes late without an update, your appointment will be canceled. When you no-show to your appointment I am unable to fill that space, which results in a loss of time and money. I respect your time and kindly ask that you respect mine. No-show appointments will result in a charge of 100% of the service amount. Declined cards or not paying the fee will be unable to re-book until the fee is paid.



* Repeated cancellations and/or no-shows, inappropriate behavior and not abiding by these policies will result in refusal of service.
